We kick off our weekend with the "Kids Sailing for Kids" Optimist Race and JY 15 Challenge. Sponsors are welcome to come down and see young sailors from NY and NJ compete while raising funds for diabetes research. |

FROM GARDEN STATE PARKWAY NORTH: Take Exit 129 to Smith Street (Smith Street exit is at foot of Edison Bridge be sure to stay in right lane). Follow Smith Street to Perth Amboy. Follow Smith Street to High Street, make right on High Street. Follow High Street to the end, at the water, make left, turn and follow to 160 Water Street. RYC is the first building on the right.
FROM GARDEN STATE PARKWAY SOUTH: Take Exit 127, stay in right lane and follow signs for 440, Perth Amboy. Take 440 to the Smith Street exit and follow into Perth Amboy. Take Smith Street to High Street, make a right turn on High street, follow to the end, at the water, make a left turn and follow to 160 Water Street. RYC is the first building on the right.
FROM NJ TURNPIKE NORTH OR SOUTH: Take Exit 10 to 440, follow signs for Perth Amboy. Take the Smith Street exit off 440 and follow to High Street and follow to Lewis Street, make a left on Lewis. At the end of Lewis Street, make a left on to Water Street, RYC is on the right at 160 Water Street.
FROM ROUTE 287: From south, take Smith Street exit and follow directions as above. From North, take first exit and get back on 440 going North. Then take last exit in NJ State Street and follow to Perth Amboy. Follow State Street to Lewis Street, make left on Lewis, follow Lewis to end which is Water Street and make left turn on Water Street. RYC is on the right at 160.
Note: Parking is a premium at Raritan Yacht Club. There may be spaces available on Water Street in front of the Yacht Club. Additional Parking will be available at St. Peters Church, Rector Street and the Armory Parking Lot on Front Street. We will have people available to direct you.
