Event Cancelled - Empowering the First Mate with Julie & Rick We are sorry to say that this event has been cancelled. Presentation developed from an informal survey Julie did among her cruising friends to explore factors that "got in the way" for women to enjoy sailing. The answers were thought-provoking and varied. Rick and Julie soon realized that if both partners are to enjoy sailing, it can't be all about technical whiz-bangs and boat performance. It's all about awareness of each other's needs and a shared vision for an on-the-water partnership. Rick and Julie use a PowerPoint Presentation to generate discussion with the audience.
