Dear Winter Storage Members and helpers,

Spring Launch Date is 5/4/19! Almost here!!! Click here for the launch letter explaining times and what to expect. Along with tentative assignments. Please read carefully. If I have you assigned to a task and you can not make it please let me know ASAP. Some of you I have a ? next to your name please confirm if you will be there. (you can email, text or call me)

Trailer Boats:
Because of the reorganization of the yard last Fall, we do not have to move every trailered boat out of the yard. So you Trailer people are not totally on the hook. It is your responsibility to have the area around your trailer cleaned up and your tires aired and your trailer ready to be moved if needed. This needs to be done before Friday 5/3/19. Also, I am asking for some help to be part of the Trailer Crew to help move boats out on Friday and move them back in on Saturday. If you are interested send me an email. I just need some key people who know how to move trailers around.

Report time is 6:00 am with our mandatory safety meeting and attendance at 6:30 am. We should start hauling boats by 7:00 am. The plan is to be done by 11:00 am, whereas we will place the barrels and planks and move masts. Trailer crew could then start bringing boats back in the yard.

Don't forget your insurance paperwork! I will attach it here for your convenience but all these documents should be on our website.

Fall Haulout will be Saturday, November 2, 2019. Please plan accordingly
