 Having a well-rounded crew is essential to having a successful team. The Women @ the Helm Series provides macho helm tyrants the opportunity to learn a thing or two from the ladies of the fleet. This series requires a female helmsperson to lead her crew of men and women.  Yachts will be bringing their ‘A’ game in the quest for bragging rights as RYC’s female skipper of the year. Spinnaker and non-spinnaker divisions will be sailed. Ladies! This is your time to shine! Grab the helm and come out for one of RYC’s most popular events. Gentlemen!
