Sailing to support the rebuilding of the Perth Amboy Waterfront after Super Storm Sandy!
Raritan Yacht Club is proud to host its 67th Annual Red Grant Regatta and Charity Fundraiser to benefit the rebuilding of the Perth Amboy Waterfront after Super Storm Sandy. This year's event, consisting of a one-day juniors regatta, a one-day cruising race, a two-day sailing regatta, as well as a Friday Night Wine Tasting event will be held on July 12, 13, and 14, 2013.
The Red Grant Regatta has proven year after year to be the largest and most anticipated auxiliary sailboat regatta in the state of New Jersey as a result of both on and off the water events.
The Annual Red Grant Regatta was founded in honor of Adolph "Red" Grant, a local racer and veteran who lost his life in World War II at an early age. This prestigious event is a major part of Raritan Yacht Club's 148 year history.
